This piece has a Gene Kelly 'Singing In The Rain' movie feel to it, only this time he is accompanied by his sweetheart.

A lovely touch is that the traditional blue of the Gadgie character is complemented by the ladies red coat, as he romantically uses his umbrella to keep her dry and snuggled next to him.

The image of the man and a woman known as 'Together Forever' has proven to be so popular that it has been released in 3 sculpture versions: a bronze, a resin (both in Autumn 2013)...
