January 2025 marks the 40th anniversary of the release of the original Thundercats TV series in both the UK and the USA, with the 2nd and 23rd respectively, so we got it first!

Escaping from their dying planet Thundera, our heroes crash land on Third Earth and start rebuilding a new life for themselves, facing deadly new foes such as the Mutants and the ever living Mumm-Ra!

Luckily, Lion-O and the cats have the help of Thundera’s greatest ever warrior and wisest man Jaga, whose spirit looks after them and communicates and mentors with Lion-O.
