Sexy by Rob Hefferan

Another limited edition recreated ‘on Aluminium’ from Rob Hefferan and his ‘Neo-Pop Collection,’ and the effect is superb vivid colours that do indeed ‘pop.’

This ongoing series seems to be a tribute to fashion houses Chanel and Louis Vuitton; the logos repeatedly appear on each release in some form and Rob is clearly enjoying his experimentation with logos, neon colourways and stencilling symmetrical patterns onto his breathtaking figurative work!

The focus of ‘Sexy’ is a contemplative model dressed in seemingly a man's suit jacket, oversize shirt cuffs and tiger pattern rimmed-hat - so stylish that you could see Boy George wearing it!

The woman looks to be a ringer for model Sophie Anderton (famous for modelling Gossard bras in the 1990s) or even Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales.

In a welcome coincidence of the charitable work they give their time to, both have been patrons for the UK charity 'Action On Addition': Sophie in 2004-2007 and Kate since 2012.
